I was so proud of my son today. He got his driver's license and did a GREAT job on his exam (here he is holding his "hot off the press" ticket to freedom. Except I think he has to buy his OWN car before he's really free).
Driving with an examiner is one of the more "stress-out" events in a young person's life, but he only had a couple of points taken off and was pretty cool and calm. We had a chance to pray beforehand and it was good to put even something like this into God's hands.
I have to say, I not only love my son, I really like him. I'm proud of the man that he is becoming. He's got a great personality, I see Him growing in Christ, and he truly does care about people.
